6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried dill
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, parsley, dill, black pepper, salt, chili powder, and lemon zest.

  • Place the oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl.

  • Pour the seasoning mixture over the crackers and gently toss until evenly coated.

  • Spread the coated crackers onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
