This no-bake fruit salad is loaded with juicy strawberries, ripe bananas, and a creamy cheesecake filling. A sweet side dish or dessert that comes together in minutes!

  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups (300 g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups (300 g) ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup (150 g) mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup (60 g) whipped topping

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  • Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  • Gently fold in strawberries, bananas, and marshmallows.
  • Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Add bananas just before serving for best color and texture.
