  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen hash brown potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the crock pot. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.
  4. Add the crumbled turkey bacon and stir to combine.
