  • Β½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ΒΌ cup unsalted butter
  • Β½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8Γ—8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and sweetened condensed milk together, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the white chocolate chips and continue stirring until smooth and melted.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  5. Fold in chopped nuts if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
