  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  2. Layer half of the tater tots evenly on the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese over the tater tots.
  4. Repeat with remaining tater tots, bacon, ham, and cheese.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the slow cooker.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the eggs are set and cooked through.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving, if desired.
