  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Add the beef bites and potatoes to the slow cooker.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, black pepper, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the beef and potatoes, tossing to coat.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and the potatoes are soft.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
