With minimal prep and endless variations, they’re the easiest way to serve up something everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sausage (replace any pork sausage with beef sausage)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef sausage until browned and fully cooked. Break it up into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add the softened cream cheese to the cooked sausage and stir until fully combined and creamy. Remove from heat.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.

Place a spoonful of the sausage and cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll each one up starting from the wide end toward the point.

Place the filled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.

Serve warm.
