  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix, prepared

For the cream layer:

  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping

For the toppings:

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownies according to the package directions, bake, and let them cool completely. Once cooled, crumble the brownies into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, prepare the instant chocolate pudding mix according to the package instructions. Set it in the refrigerator to firm up.
  3. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined to create the cream layer.
  4. Begin assembling the dessert in a large trifle dish or glass bowl:
    • Start with a layer of crumbled brownies at the bottom.
    • Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the brownies.
    • Add a layer of the cream mixture on top of the pudding.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with the cream layer on top.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, mini chocolate chips, and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top as the final garnish.
  7. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving to let the layers set.
