Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley (optional)
  • Salsa or sour cream, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into rectangles (about 8 pieces, depending on size).
  5. Spoon a portion of the taco meat mixture onto each piece of dough, then sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a stick shape.
  7. Place the taco sticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
