Cottage cheese – 1 cup (225 g)
Unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons (10 g)
Honey or maple syrup – 2–3 tablespoons (30–45 ml)
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
Milk of choice – 2–4 tablespoons (30–60 ml)
Salt – 1/8 teaspoon
