12 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
3 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or pre-cooked)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional Topping:
½ cup crushed butter crackers or plain breadcrumbs
