Ingredients

Scale

For the crust:

  • 1 pre-baked 9-inch graham cracker crust

For the filling:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk

For the swirl colors:

  • ½ cup whipped topping (extra for swirling)
  • Gel food coloring (pastel pink, blue, yellow, and green)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Divide the filling into four small bowls and tint each with a different pastel food coloring.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of each color into the pie crust, alternating colors. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  7. Garnish with extra whipped topping before serving.

Notes

Make-Ahead Friendly – This pie needs at least 4 hours to set, so prepare it in advance for the best results.
Use Gel Food Coloring – Liquid food coloring can thin out the filling, while gel colors provide vibrant pastel hues without affecting texture.
Customize the Flavors – Swap vanilla pudding for lemon, strawberry, or coconut pudding for a delicious twist!
Best Served Chilled – Keep the pie refrigerated until serving to maintain its creamy, firm texture.
Storage Tips – Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month for longer storage.
