  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare crockpot: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add ingredients: Sprinkle chopped chicken ham, onion, and garlic over the chicken. Pour cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups on top. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
