Juicy baked pork chops with garlic Parmesan crust are the ultimate comfort food made easy. These chops are coated in a crispy Parmesan and seasoned breadcrumb mixture, baked to golden perfection in under 30 minutes. The result is a flavorful, tender pork chop with a satisfying crunch—perfect for weeknights, meal prep, or impressing guests with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 beef chops
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush each beef chop with olive oil on both sides.

Press each chop into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Place the coated beef chops on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the beef chops are cooked through and the coating is golden brown.

Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the pork chops for the final 2 minutes.

  • Use grated—not shredded—Parmesan for best crust adhesion.

  • Panko breadcrumbs can replace Italian-style for added crunch.

  • Always let pork chops rest before serving for the juiciest texture.

  • Try different seasoning blends like Cajun, lemon pepper, or herbs for new flavor twists.

  • Easily adaptable for low-carb and gluten-free diets.
