  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey 🍯

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1️ Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 🔥

2️ Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and slicing them in half. 🌿

3️ In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. 🥄

4️ Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20 minutes.

5️ While roasting, cook the turkey bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Set aside. 🥓

6️ After 20 minutes, drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar over the Brussels sprouts, add the crispy turkey bacon, and toss to combine. 🍯

7️ Return to the oven and roast for another 10 minutes until caramelized and golden.
