  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add the melted butter, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper, mixing until combined.

Fold in the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly around the edges.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
