Ingredients

Scale
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • ½ small onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 4 large flour tortillas
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
    • ½ cup diced pickles
    • Olive oil spray (for air fryer)

    Optional for serving:

    • Additional ketchup or burger sauce
    • Shredded lettuce

    Sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season and flavor:
Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and remove from heat. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the wraps:
Lay out the tortillas. In the center of each one, add a portion of the beef mixture, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and diced pickles.
  4. Wrap tightly:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito. Repeat for all wraps.
  5. Air fry the wraps:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly spray the wraps with olive oil and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve:
Serve hot with your favorite burger toppings or dipping sauces like ketchup, burger sauce, or ranch dressing.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef (85/15) for less grease and easier cleanup.

  • Don’t skip the olive oil spray—this helps get that crispy, golden exterior in the air fryer.

  • Let the filling cool slightly before assembling to avoid soggy wraps.

  • Avoid overfilling; it makes the wraps harder to seal and more likely to open during cooking.

  • For extra crunch, serve with shredded lettuce and tomato after air frying.

  • To freeze, wrap each cooled wrap individually and store for up to 2 months.

  • Great for meal prep—reheat in the air fryer for a fast lunch or dinner.
