Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper, mixing until well integrated.
  3. Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, place small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring to space them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Bake the chips in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and crispy.
  5. Once baked, take them out of the oven and allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
