Ingredients

Scale

For the pizza:

  • 2 pieces of naan bread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the tzatziki sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush the naan bread with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Place the naan on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.

In a small bowl, mix all the tzatziki sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.

Remove the naan from the oven and evenly spread the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and diced cucumber over the top.

Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the toppings are warmed through.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with tzatziki sauce. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese before serving.

Notes

  • Naan Selection: Choose thick, sturdy naan to hold the toppings without getting soggy. Garlic naan adds extra flavor!
  • Tzatziki Tip: For best results, let the tzatziki sauce chill for at least 15 minutes before serving to enhance its flavors.
  • Crispy Naan Trick: Pre-bake the naan for 5 minutes before adding toppings to ensure a crisp base.
  • Make it Vegetarian: Swap the chicken for grilled tofu, chickpeas, or falafel for a delicious meat-free option.
  • Extra Toppings: Try adding olives, spinach, or roasted red peppers for even more Mediterranean flavors.
  • Best Reheating Method: To maintain crispiness, reheat in the oven or air fryer rather than microwaving.
