  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into 12 equal pieces.

Flatten each piece and place a small amount of pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni in the center.

Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal and form a ball.

Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the pizza bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
