  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

For the garlic butter:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

In a large bowl, combine steak cubes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak reaches desired doneness.

While the steak cooks, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.

Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a bowl and drizzle with the garlic butter. Toss gently to coat.
