Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup mini M&M’s
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you prefer a toasted oat flavor. Spread the oats on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes, then let them cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

Add the oats, mini chocolate chips, M&M’s, and chia seeds if using. Mix until fully combined.

Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week
