  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1️In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the tzatziki sauce.

2️ In a large bowl, add the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, feta cheese, and parsley.

3️ Pour the tzatziki sauce over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

4️ Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

5️ Chill for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
