  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bag (20 oz) frozen French fries
  • Optional toppings: diced pickles, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, extra ketchup and mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and condensed cheddar cheese soup. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. Arrange frozen French fries evenly on top of the cheese layer.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until fries are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and add optional toppings before serving.
