Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 beef breakfast sausages, cooked and cut in half
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and cut in half
  • 4 slices chicken ham, cut in half
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese, cut in half (optional)
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled and cooked
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

On each triangle, layer half a slice of cheese (if using), a spoonful of scrambled eggs, half a slice of turkey bacon, half a slice of chicken ham, and one half of a beef sausage.

Gently roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, making sure the filling stays inside.

Place each roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.

Serve warm, optionally with maple syrup or your favorite breakfast dipping sauce.

  • Cheese Options: American melts best, but sharp cheddar or gouda add more flavor.

  • Reheating Tip: Use the oven or air fryer to maintain crispness.

  • Serving Idea: Great for brunch platters with fruit, dipping sauces, and coffee.
