  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add asparagus and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add mushrooms and garlic, sautéing until mushrooms are tender.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
